7. Pet Policy
Yes. The Mark Fort Collins allows approved pets and is designed to accommodate residents who want to live with animals, subject to the community’s pet policy.
A maximum of two animals per unit is permitted.
Yes. Aggressive breeds are not permitted, including but not limited to Chow Chow, German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher, Mastiff breeds, Staffordshire Terrier breeds, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Cane Corso, Akita, Siberian Husky, Dogo Argentino, Alaskan Malamute, Wolf-hybrid, and any mix of these breeds.
Exotic animals are not permitted, including birds such as parrots and toucans, reptiles such as snakes, rodents such as ferrets, fish tanks, and insects.
All pets and animals must be disclosed and approved before move-in. Applicants are also required to complete a pet profile through PetScreening.
There is a one-time pet fee of $300 and monthly pet charge of $35. Exceptions may apply for registered service animals or ESAs.
